Jose Villa brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with more than 25 years of custom, production residential and commercial construction experience. Jose is responsible for the daily business development and strategic operations. His area of responsibilities extends to the coordination of trade integration and client relationships. Jose has grown his company into a recognized residential construction company, directing as many as 140 employees in his company with revenues in excess of $10 million. Villa & Sons utilizes an in house labor pool which allows the ability to self-perform over 60% of the work including our own cabinet shop; this creates direct savings and quality control. |
